H1B 明年九月第一个三年将到期。公司同意帮办绿卡。

可是律师说同一家公司不能帮我申请绿卡，- either you might misunderstand him or he is not in immigration field

我有些糊涂了，请各位大侠给些建议。行谢啦！

1。H1B 何时应办理另一个三年的延期？- 6 mos in advance at most

2。为什么同一公司不能办帮绿卡？
