H1B 申请绿卡

H1B 明年九月第一个三年将到期。公司同意帮办绿卡。可是律师说同一家公司不能帮我申请绿卡，我有些糊涂了，请各位大侠给些建议。行谢啦！

1。H1B 何时应办理另一个三年的延期？

2。为什么同一公司不能办帮绿卡？
