-It is not to do "翻译认证", but to evaluate whether your degree/credentials quality ontained in China equal to the same degree obtained in US or Canada. Noramlly USCIS rquest that an H1 beneficial or immigration applicant to get his/her international academic degree/credentials evaluated by a US organization. It may still work if you do not get it evaluted, but you had better do that in case.
目前有国内大学出具的学分和学位的中英文翻译认证件，信封密封敲章的。
另外一个问题，不管认证不认证，是不是只需要提供最高学位就行？
-Provide the degree you use for the h1 or immigration application (e.g. the highest degree).
