-No if the H1 effective date is on 1/1/2011. Before that date, your status is still F1 and you can continue your parttime job using CPT even if the H1 is approved before 1/1/2011.

我有没有办法11月和12月还是part-time, 从明年1月起再full-time?或者干脆11月和12月叫老板先别付我工资？
