国内一个朋友想到美国来注册个公司给自己办H1B签证。我感觉好像不靠谱，记得移民局对公司的收入，税务，还有雇员数，工资什么都有要求的。各位能告诉我具体对公司有些什么要求吗？

如果他要找个公司合资再给自己办H1B也是一样的要求吗？
