H1B 延期递交快2个月了，原来的H1B现已到期。非常着急，如果延期不批有什么后果？身分失效从哪天算起？非常感谢！

-Because you filed teh H1 extension before your current H1 I-94 expired, you are fine to work continuously and need to do nothing.
