I work in a public college. My school filed my H1B extension to the Vermont service center in early Sep. We got the

in the middle of Sep. The USCIS online staus shows "initial review". Today I found out that all cap-exempt cases should be filed to California center. Do I need to fix it? Is the VSC going to forward my case to CSC automatically? Does the receipt # WAC indicate cases that belong to CSC? Thanks a lot!
