Part-time H1B

questions about part-time H1B.

I am in the process of my Full-time H1B transfer to another company. Another boss said he would like to have me work for him 8 hrs/week and sponsor part-time H1B. Is there any difference in application process between the full-time H1B and part-time H1B? Will the part-time H1B have negative impact on my full-time one and green card application? Somebody said the part-time one will affect my H1B extension. So I am worried. Thanks!
