help! H1B transfers

Laidoff one month ago and my I-94 and H1B were expried last week.

I got 2 offers, I wonder if I can file (transfer) 2 H-1Bs? I do not refuse one and I am worried if I refuse one offer, I will lose it if the other one (H1B application) is denied or the boss cannot wait too long if I need back to China for visa ang get checked.

What if both of transfers are approved?

Or the first one is approved but the other is denied, and vice versa?

What if both of transfers are approved without I-94? Which one should I use for visa application in China?
