I will use Premium Processing. Just in case I need back to China for visa. I want to make an appointment in China first, and after get the transfer approval then go to China for H1B visa. If the approval has the I-94, I will cancle the appointment. Is that OK?

The new company wants me to start work as soon as possible. I am trying to get the visa earlier. Thanks for the suggestions!
