我已经拜读了您的文章，现还有疑问，原公司如果没有revoke140，那么H1B第七年是可以延长的；

如果原来的公司revoke140，新的公司暂时不能开始绿卡程序，那么H1B第七年用原来雇主的140批准件是否能办理延长三年呢？
