h1b transfer issue, urgent

I lost job in company A and find another job in company B right away. the HR in company B does not familiar with H1B process, she asked me sent her all h1b application material and and use their company lawyer to apply it for me. several days later, I email her ask how is the h1b process and she sent me email tell me go to workdays after that. I thought she finish all the process.

about 5 days later, another HR find she hasn't get the attorney to file the h1b transfer yet. so, they tell me temporary stop the job there, and they begin file LCA and h1B. I do not know if this is a big trouble for me or not. that pass 5 days work is a mistake from their company, I do not know what is option I can have? Thanks.
