Thanks a lot to 863211 and PJiang for the information.

I am wondering under what type of situations that the approved H1b does not have I-94.

I read PJiang's blog on this issue. It seemed that if one has gaps of out of status and/or illegal working history, then the chance of having no I94 with h1b approval is high.

I don't have any out of status record. My status has changed from F1 to H4, and to AOS. What's my chance in getting no I-94?
