863211大侠，我看到皮匠大侠的blog里说不超过180天的身份违例不会影响I485的批准，那是不是说oos可能会影响perm和i140？
-What I mean is that it might affect the visa application when you go to China (may not affect due to the gap is small, up to the VO, just possibility). Of course it will not afffect green card application due to less than 180 days.
