公司最近帮延了三年h1b，可没像上次那样，给我一套h1b申请文件，请问八大师，皮大师，是否有法律规定，h1b holder 必须持一份申请文件 （I-129 etc）。
-There is specific law about that, but it is reasonable for you to ask your employer to give you a copy of that. If they do not give it to you, that is OK and nothing you can do.

如没有，有啥负面影响吗？
-No any nagative effect, but if you travel outside US, you have to ask the employer (HR) to give you the copy of the H1 approval notice and the copy of the h1 申请文件 （I-129 etc）for your H1 visa application.
