状况：
5月申请的LCA, 6月递的H1B延期，迄今仍无消息。
公司最近要搬到20英里以外的新地点， 地属另一州郡。工作内容名称均无变化。

1. 申请附件：除新LCA外，其余附属材料是否仍需要？譬如，工资单，护照，申请信等。

2. I-129附表中H-1B Data Collection and Filing Fee AExamption Supplment， Part B, 我应该在"Is this the second or subsequent request for an extension of stay that you have filed for this alien"项选“Yes”, 对不对？

3. I-129表中H1-B有效时间是不是应该与新LCA相同（如下）， 而不是上一份表所填的时间？

4. LCA申请时间： ICERT系统中LCA起始时间只能晚于填表日后。也就是说， 如果原H1-B有效时间为 08/10/2010 - 08/09/2013， 公司于08/15/2010搬家， 我于08/25/2010收到H1-B批准， 那么我在08/26/2010申请LCA时起止时间应该为08/27/2010-08/09/2013， 起始时间为次日，终止时间与以前相同。请问这样理解对不对？
