我现在的H1B在5年的时候到期，PERM pending已经超过了两年。请问renew H1B的时候
是只可以延6年中剩下的一年？

还是可以在这一年的基础上再加因为PERM pending超过一年所允许的一年，一共两年。也就是可不可以leftover？
-Correct. You can extend for another two years with the PERM receipt in your case.

BTW,有人有DIY H1B renew的流程吗？比如步骤，填什么表

-Same procedure/requirements as you did before. Just need to indicate in the cover letter to justify you are qualified to extend one year more beyond the 6 year h1 limit.
