我是加拿大籍，但持H1B, 突然公司项目大裁员, 很幸运三星期后找到新工作, 且愿办H1B， 忙打电话问了原公司，HR 告诉我她还没叫律师发通知给移民局, can I transfer my H1B? 多谢.
-Yes. Ask your new employer to do the h1 transfer as soon as possible and you will be fine.
