如果我在等待期间被ＬＡＩＤ　ＯＦＦ，马上找到ＴＮ工作，然后再转Ｈ１－Ｂ，我可以不用出境吗？可以继续用剩余Ｈ１－Ｂ的期限吗？（按你说的Ｈ１－Ｂ有３年的延期在Ｉ－１４０批准以后）
-Yes as long as you change your status to TN before you are laid off, you can change it back to H1 later with the approved I-140 or one year PERM.
