在我I-140批准后，等待I-485递交漫长几年时间里，如果我失业，会不会被要求离境一年，然后再入境，才能继续以H1-B的身份申请绿卡？
-You can change your status to TN before you are laid off (noramlly your employer should let you know it in advance), and the you can work with TN for another employer, or just do the H1 transfer to another employer if you can find a job

如果我在等待期间被ＬＡＩＤ　ＯＦＦ，马上找到ＴＮ工作，然后再转Ｈ１－Ｂ，我可以不用出境吗？可以继续用剩余Ｈ１－Ｂ的期限吗？（按你说的Ｈ１－Ｂ有３年的延期在Ｉ－１４０批准以后）
-If your H1 status is beyond the 6 year limit, you can not come back to H1 status if you change your h1 to TN or laid off without doing H1 transfer. In this case, you only can use TN to work.
