我的H1B差三个月到期, 刚好有一个新offer, 可不可以transfer和extension一起办呢？
-Of course Yes.

都要准备哪些材料？
-The same procedure/requirements as the old one (your current H1). Ask your new employer/lawyer to do it for you.
