H1B修正申请递上后我会收到新的I-797和新的I-94吗？
-Yes. You can not file the H1 amendment until your current pending H1 is approved. The I-94 duration of teh h1 amendment will be exact the same as your current pending H1 if it is approved. Before your H1 amendment approval, your approved H1 is still valid and you can work legally.
