12月开始用OPT工作
公司申请了h1b， 批了,10月1日生效
现在想换工作
可以取消h1b继续使用OPT吗？
-No, it is too late. When your change of status application is approved, your OPT will be ended when the H1 is effective. Withdrawal of the approved H1 is just make the H1 invalid, but not make your status back to F1 (any change of status has to file the application and then be approved by USCIS, not automatically change). If withdrawing the pending H1, you will be back to OPT.
