回复：请问需要H1-B amendment吗？

我现持H1-B， 将从一大学的A校区转到B校区工作，这两个校区相隔约7Mile （不同的城市，相同的county)，在不同的系下，但是工作的title不变，工资也基本不变，请问我需要H1-B amendment 吗？
-How about the job responsibilities? If different, need H1 amendment. Also, ask your lawyer/employer whether the LCA cover the two locations. If yes, not need H1 amendment (normally, the LCA should cover the whole county).
