回复：H1b 回国问题请教

我第一个三年H1B到8月中到期，换地到别的地方新的H1B还没开始申请（正在找新工作），最近想回国一趟，如果check的话（我check的可能性非常大）即使clear了，旧H1B也过期（新的还没拿到），

我这种情况，想请教怎么能最近回去一趟，又能安全的返回？多谢指点！急！
-You had better find a new job and do the H1 transfer. After the H1 transfer is approved (using the premium processing if necessary), you can go to China and get the H1 visa to come back using the new H1 approval notice.
