谢谢。那么：如果我带着有效的AP去墨西哥或者中国，然后用H1B签证回美国，我的AOS就依然有效，不知这样理解对吗？
-I am not sure about this because there is no USCIS document specific to this explanation. But I have heard some lawyers say it is OK. You may ask more lawyers for their opinions.
