h1B 离境一年中能出差到美国吗

老婆h1b五年时，离境回国工作，想一年后再来美重新六年的h1b,但她的公司需要她来美国出差，请问这样她离境一年的计算是不是要重新开始啊？那样的话，可得找个好借口不来美国出差啦。多谢！
