请问新加坡公民持h1b1入境，可以在美国境内转成h1b签证吗？
-Yes.

如果可以，一定要等h1b1过期才能转还是随时可以转？
-You can change the H1B1 to H1B any time beofore your H1B1 expires as long as the H1B quota is available.
