H1B help needed badly, pls

Have to poster it one more time. Many expert maybe missed it.

Right now H1B1 in a University (Non-profit), got a offer from a company (profit). Want to start work on this Nov. Any chcance, and what to do? I know the cap has been reached.
Want to start work badly, the company will not hold the offer to next year.
Even some lawyers do not know the answer. Some lawyers said I can transfer, some said I can't.
Thanks, experts, please help, anyway to work on time legally and no trouble in future.
