如果新的公司H1 transfer还没有批下来，我同现在的公司说我要离开，他们是不是会马上通知移民局停止我的目前的H1延期申请。
-Normally, yes. Also, you had better inform them you will not work for them in advance at least two weeks so that they can find somebody to replace you rposition. This is a morale issue, not immigration law.

这样的话，我是不是需要马上要求新的公司给我办H1 transfer的同时也要他们给我办加急延期申请。

有没有可能目前的公司继续给我办H1延期？
-Not affect your new H1 transfer, but you had better tell them if you will not work for them.
