基本资料：
1 . 公司为5个人的生产公司
2 . 我在这家公司的职位是会计
3 . 月收入目前这半年2000每个月（税前）
4 . 老板同意帮忙办理 但是所有的PAPER WORK 自己搞定。

问题：
1. 我这种情况 可以申请办理 h1b吗？

2. 这家公司有这个资格办理吗？

3. 如果可以的话 ， 是用part time 办理吗？
-You need to find the previal wage for this position. If your salary is lower than the prevail wage, you may need to apply for the part-time H1. Talk to your lawyer, anyway.

4. 今年还有名额吗，如果有10月份之前递交来得及吗？
-Yes, there are a lot of H1 quota open by this time.
