回复：H1b Change of status question

I got H1, was laid off before Oct. 1 last year (so never worked as H1). I switched back to F1. My former employer withdrew my H1 later on after Oct 1.

Now I got a new job and the new employer is going to do change of status for me from F1 back to H1.

Will my petition to change of status work out fine?
-I do not see it will have any problem.

If the H1 change of status is approved, do I need to get out of the country to activate my H1?
-No.
