我刚拿到2011年度H1B批准的文件。但是因为与雇主关系的原因，我想换另一个公司。现在OPT就要结束，Cap-Gap OPT 七月生效，H1B还要九月初才生效。问问:如果新雇主愿意支持H1B，我是等到现有的H1B生效后才transfer,还是现在就申请transfer?
-You can ask the new employer to file the H1 any time.

或者说只能让新雇主申请新的H1B?
-Yes. But enclose the copy of the approved H1 with the new H1 so that you do not need to get a new quote if the old employer does not withdraw it. Anyway, there are still h1 quote available, so do not worry about the quote.
如果不是因为干得不开心，我真不愿意这么麻烦。。。
