But I filed i-129 and went back to F1 until now.

I recently got a job offer and they would sponsor me. I will talk to the new job's attorney about getting h1b now.

Should I ask them to do change of status (f1 to H1) or getting new applicaiton for me?

What is the best to do?
-Ask the employer/lawyer to file I-129 to chnage your F1 to H1.
