Dear 863211, thanks very much for response. I still have questions about your answer, why would she have trouble while she enters to the port of entry of US in August with her current valid F1 visa? Did that happen before? I have another friend who entered to US last year December at the same situation-valid F1 with school changed (new I-20) with no problem.
