现在用H1B工作，老板支持到7月中。下一个单位，因为种种原因，要到7月初才能交新的H1B申请，虽然办加急，大概也要7月底甚至八月初才能拿到approve notice.

问题：1）H1B pending 期间留在美国等是否合法。
-Yes. You can work for the new employer after the h1 transfer is filed.

2）H1B pending 的时间计算到H1B 6年期限里吗？
-Yes, normally, but depends on when the h1 transfer is effective your new employer indicated on the I-129.
