带朋友问个H1B的问题：

有大学要给她一年visting professor 的offer, 但是其经费来自两个不同的grants, 请问能申请H1B签证吗？
-Fine. As long as the school has the ability to pay her prevail salary, it will be OK. USCIS does not care about where the funds come from.

是否H1B要求资助来源为同一个地方？如果有这样要求的话，能不能分成2次H1B来办，每笔资助申请一次，每次半年？

还有H1B能转J1吗
--Yes. But J1 is not good.
