遭遇lay off，公司HR说下个月底会报USCIS。需要在此之前转身份。
已经有MS degree了。想转B1/B2，考古说这样转很容易被拒？
-I know some people get B2 approved, but B2 is temporary and can not resolve your problem completely. Do, you may file B2 and look for job. If you can find a job, you can get h1 status again.

如果转ESL呢，语言学校重新转F1是不是也危险？
-It is difficult to convence USCIS to approve your F1 for a 语言学校 because you have a US Master degree already.
