回复：過了Perm還沒交I-485 H1B也超過六年已延期 要轉公司難度有多大？

想請問一下各位 我目前的情況是拿到Perm拿到了也有Priority date （第三類）
但還沒交I-485 現在目前為止過兩年（就是所謂的屋外等）現在我的H1B也超過6年 已經延了 但是能延是因為有綠卡在申請的原則下延的 我如果想轉公司 不知難度有多大？
-If you change your employer, your I-140 is invalid and thus, you have to do that GC application all over again, but you can use the old PD if your I-140 was approved. Also, if your current employer withdraw the I-140, you can not extend your H1 anymore unless your new employer file a new I-140 and get it approved.

再者 如果回學校 H1B是否會不計之前的記錄 也就是說我有哪一天心血來朝 去拿了一個碩士 那之後新的公司幫我申請H1B 是否又可重新計算 等於說我又有六年慢慢磨？
