One more question: after I renewed my H1B, I renewed my passport and used my AP to come back US, so the "date of last arrival", I-94 #, passport number etc on the I-129 are not updated.

Does this matter?

can I still use this I-129?
-Fine. As long as this I-129 (including the LCA pages) is the one you filed for the H1, it is OK.
