I have my own H1B status and it is in the 2nd 3-year term, also I have 485 pending with AP/EAD depending on my wife. Used AP back to USA before, never use the EAD.

This time I want to apply a H1B visa in China. Is is possible for my H1B visa application gets denied?
-Using AP does not affect your H1 visa application.

what kind of documents I need to bring? I-797 and I-129 only?
-Both plus a employment verfication letter from your employer and recent 3 month paycheck stubs (not reqired, but in case).

For the I-129, does it mean the copy of the I-129 I filed when I extended my H1B
