Did I take a H1B of 2005?worry

Below are my H1B application process. I got the letter from laywer saying that the premium processing were filed with the USCIS Service Center on Sep, 28th.
But I'm not sure if I did make it before they cut off!!

Received signed LCA

09-28-2004
H-1B
LCA filed with DOL

09-28-2004
H-1B
LCA sent to employer for signature

09-28-2004
H-1B
H-1B Change of Status filed with USCIS under premium processing

I can't wait to talk with my laywer now.....please help.
