刚收到移民局通知说绿卡批了，但人在国内，老公正好约了今天H1B签证，该怎么办？
-He can not get the H1 visa anymore. If he does not have AP, you can send the green card to him to come back. Or he may go to U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou to get the trasnportation letter to come back. Bring the evidence that his GC is approved during his travel in China. I am not sure whether the other US Consulates in China can issue the transportation letter or not. He may contact the other US Consulates for the information. But I am sure the US Consulate in Guangzhou can issue this letter.

Of course, he may just wait for you to send the GC to him if he is not urgent to return to U.S. Talk to his employer this issue and his employer may understand his delay of return.

-Not hurt his GC, but he can not get the H1 visa or use it if the h1 visa is issued to him by mistakenly.
