any differences between H1B &

I am a citizen of China. I fortunately got the approval of the H1B petition last week, but it is in H1B1 category. I know H1B1 usually is issued to a citizen of Chile or Singapore. Does anyone know any other differences between H1B & H1B1? Any other negative effects for a citizen who gets H1B1 but is not a citizen from either of these two countries? Thanks in advance!
