我LD一年半前海归，没有绿卡，现在打算回美国找工作。回国前H1-B还有近三年时间。

如果找到工作从H4转H1, 需要重新申请六年的H1-B 配额，
-Not necessary if he does not want to get another 6 year term.

还是可以用以前还剩三年的H1-B?
-Yes, he can do that.
