h1-b transfer 可不可以有GAP？

想换工作，简直一天都不想呆了，但下一个工作只是有offer了，也同意办H1。可不可以现在就辞职，等下一个h1b下来再上班？中间可以有多少时间的GAP或是根本不可以？

前提是下一个工作是肯定会办H1的，不怕会飞掉。
