十分谢谢863211老师的及时解答!根据您的答复,是否可以说:即使我的转B2申请在我回国以前被批准,对我在北京申请H1B签证并没有什么妨碍?

算H1B还是B2未决(pending)?
-B2 pending because your h1 approval has no I-94 and that is why you are required to go to China to get the h1 visa to come back to get a h1 I-94 at the port of entry (if the h1 approval has I-94, your status is h1).

学校收到的批准通知I-797表是要求我回国申请H1B签证那种.谢谢!
