由于公司需要软件工程师，想从国外引进进美国。头一次办，请有经验的人给科普一下。 多谢！！
-Same procedure as the one within US.
1. Advertisement and recriutment.
2. Prevail wage determination and LCA application.
3. File I-129 indicating the beneficial will get h1 visa outside US (e.g. China, specific US Consulate) in the Form I-129.
