Dear friends,

I have I-140 approval before. My PD is October 2008. But I got lay off from previous company. From then I work on a contract position on TN visa. A new company will give me a job offer and agree to do H1-B transfer. What should I do for green card application after the H1-B transfer?

Do I need to re-do PERM and I-140 again?
-Yes. But you can use the previous PD (Oct. 2008) for the new I-140.
