我的H1B在09年3月从全职转成兼职，今年3月准备从兼职转回全职，需要重新申请吗？
-Did you means Partimte to Full time H1 with teh same employer? You had better file an H1 amendment.

我现在已经全职工作两周多了，会不会有影响？

我想可不可以转全职和H1B延期一起拖到2011年9月，也就是H1B到期的时候，同时递交材料吗？
-If USCIS conducts inspection on your h1, your h1 will be revoked if you do not file the H1 amendment. If no inspection, you are OK.
